What you should know
- Telehealth has limits. Your physician cannot examine you in person and may recommend in-person care.
- Mental health care by telehealth is not suitable for emergencies, severe symptoms, or conditions that need controlled medication.
- You must give complete and truthful information. Leaving things out can make treatment unsafe.
- You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Your information is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
