What you should know

Telehealth has limits. Your physician cannot examine you in person and may recommend in-person care.
Mental health care by telehealth is not suitable for emergencies, severe symptoms, or conditions that need controlled medication.
You must give complete and truthful information. Leaving things out can make treatment unsafe.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Your information is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
