Cancel any time

From your account or by emailing info@myavayahealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you are not prescribed

You are not charged for medication. Any medication charge already taken is refunded in full.

Medication

By law, prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it free.

Stopping medication

Cancelling your plan is not a reason to stop medication suddenly. Speak to your physician about tapering first.
