Website questionnaires (before you create an account)

Our website includes short marketing questionnaires. Responses provided prior to account creation will not be used as part of your medical assessment. These answers are processed in your browser to personalise what you see. They are not stored on our servers, not linked to your identity, not shared with any physician or pharmacy, and not added to any medical record. They are health-adjacent and we treat them as sensitive: we do not send them to advertising platforms.

Information we collect when you create an account

Contact details, date of birth, state of residence, payment details (handled by our payment processor), and the medical information you give your physician. Medical information is protected health information and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payment, support you, meet legal obligations and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use health information for advertising.

We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not place advertising pixels on pages where you enter health information.
